Rob MacLean – Chief Executive Officer
Rob has served as CEO of Points since co-founding the company in February 2000, and is a member of the Corporation's board of directors. Rob champions the vision for this revolutionary business, and directs an exceptional team of senior managers delivering impressive results. His vision has pioneered and delivered a suite of innovative technology solutions, earning a growing number of partnerships with the world's leading loyalty programs. Under Rob's leadership, Points has grown from a start-up to become a globally recognized leader: publicly traded on the NASDAQ and TSX, has attracted partners with a combined member base of over 500 million members worldwide, and operates a suite of eCommerce products and services that have transacted more than 88 billion loyalty program points and miles to-date.
Prior to founding Points, Rob recorded an impressive list of leadership roles and achievements with 12 years in the airline and loyalty industry. As Vice President, Sales with Canadian Airlines, Rob led a team of over 250 employees throughout North America, delivering over $2 billion in annual revenue, and was responsible for the airline's award-winning Canadian Plus loyalty program. Rob has also served as a senior representative on the Oneworld Alliance's Customer Loyalty Steering Committee.

Christopher Barnard – President
Christopher is the President and Co-Founder of Points since inception in 2000, and is a member of the Corporation's board of directors. He is responsible for corporate strategy, product development, corporate development and financing activities. He has also held various interim operating positions including CFO and VP of Product Development and Marketing. Christopher is paving new ground with the further innovation of the Points Loyalty Commerce Platform that will expand the capabilities of loyalty currencies and change how consumers interact with loyalty programs.
In 1998 Christopher also co-founded Canada's first internet business incubator, Exclamation International, from which Points was created. He initiated the team of loyalty and technology innovators that has grown Points to a team of over 150 staff on two continents. Christopher holds a Masters of Business Administration and lives in Toronto.

Peter Lockhard – Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Peter is focused on long-term strategic planning and execution for Points. His role also encompasses overall responsibility for revenue generation and business operations, including Points’ commercial teams, IT teams, and lines of business. Peter has been a key leadership team member since joining Points in January 2005. He has extensive senior management experience in the IT and marketing services industries, with a focus on strategic leadership and planning, driving revenue growth, and operational excellence.
Peter is a long-standing member of the Board of Directors for BioSyent Inc., a publicly traded specialty pharmaceutical company whose wholly owned subsidiary, BioSyent Pharma Inc., sources, acquires, and in-licenses pharmaceutical products and markets these products in Canada, as well as in select international markets.

Erick Georgiou - Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Erick is responsible for the overall financial management of the company. Since joining Points in 2008, Erick has been extensively involved in all aspects of finance and has been an integral part of our success. During his tenure at Points as both Controller and VP of Finance, Erick has overseen a broad range of Finance functions, including accounting and external reporting, business planning and analysis, treasury, tax, and risk management.
Prior to joining Points, Erick held senior finance positions at Goldman Sachs Canada, CIBC, and a Real Estate Investment Trust. Erick began his career at PwC as a CPA, CA.

Owen Tran – Chief Technology Officer
With over 20 years of software engineering, operations and leadership experience, Owen provides a strong voice for our engineering and operations groups. Based in San Francisco, he was previously our VP of Consumer Technology, leading technology efforts on products including Points Travel and Points Loyalty Wallet. Prior to joining Points, Owen spent 7 years as CTO of Switchfly. He has a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Columbia University.

Inez Murdoch – Chief People Officer
As Chief People Officer, Inez is responsible for guarding Points' unique company culture and ensuring that company strategies and programs support employees as they work to achieve performance targets. Inez leads the charge on strategies to attract and retain smart, entrepreneurial, energetic team players who have a tangible passion for all things loyalty and tech innovation. She is dedicated to ensuring Points continues to have leading employer practices that support a talented team as they create industry-leading loyalty products.
Prior to joining Points, Inez served as a Vice President of Human Resources in the technology and financial sectors. She holds degrees from the University of Western Ontario and Queen's University, including a Masters of Business Administration.

Jay Malowney – Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer, Jay oversees Points’ commercial growth and performance, including business development, relationship management, marketing, growth teams, and strategic partnerships. Jay joined Points in 2013 as Senior Vice President, Partner Relationships. He has more than 20 years of experience in the loyalty sector building and managing strategic partnerships and delivering loyalty marketing strategies. Previously, he held various senior roles at LoyaltyOne, including leading their successful expansion into the Brazilian marketplace with the Dotz coalition loyalty program.
